For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have dental insurance, we handle all claims processing directly and electronically with your insurance company for you. We accept assignment of benefits, which means your insurance company pays us directly, up to the limits of your coverage for each procedure we do and your yearly maximum. Whatever balance remains for your treatment (deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance) is then billed to you. We don’t ask for the entire cost of your treatment to be paid “up front” and have you wait to be reimbursed by your insurance company, as some offices do.
We work directly with your insurance company to insure you receive the maximum benefit your coverage allows. Your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer and your insurance company, we only provide the services you need. Any contract with your insurance company we may have is for reimbursement only. We do not determine the coverage you have for any given procedure, that is set by the insurance company per your contract with them. We provide the services we feel are in the best interest for your dental health, not what your insurance company feels it can minimally pay out on a claim. Please remember you are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by this office not covered by your insurance company.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
